About you.
You're a technically minded person who enjoys tinkering with things and has a knack for problem-solving. You are eager to learn all about our products and how to design irrigation systems. You will be confident helping customers plan their irrigation systems and troubleshoot any problems they are having. Don't worry if you don't have formal qualifications – we're interested in your passion for technology and willingness to learn!

Strong enthusiasm for learning about technical systems and products
Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency with computerised systems
Recent technical qualifications or experience is preferred, but not essential. Interest in technical products and systems is a minimum requirement
Experience with design is preferred, but not essential. Interest in design is a minimum requirement
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and communication
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
The role.
Design and specify irrigation systems using CAD software (full training provided)
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and webchat
Contribute to our online help centre with informative articles
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency using CRM and sales software
Assist Technical Sales and Support Manager with all duties as required to reach sales and customer satisfaction targets
Physical requirements
The job requires a large proportion of the day working at a computer. Training in safe display screen equipment working practices would be given to the successful candidate. The position requires you to handle customer calls.
